「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Loris und seiner Frau empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und groß genug für 2 Erwachsene und einen Hund, mit einem traumhaften Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer auf den Gardasee. Alles vorhanden und bei Fragen stehen beide auch gerne zu Verfügung. Tipps für Ausflüge oder wo man gut Essen gehen kann inklusive. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter (einmal kurz Regen tagsüber) und eine super Woche in der wir uns erholen konnten. Es passte alles zusammen und das Fazit ; ja...

「We had a very good experience staying San Leonardo Suites in Verona. The hotel locates at the skirt of the old town. It's just few steps from the river. It's new, modern, clean and energy efficient. We loved everything about the hotel. Verona is such a beautiful city and I hope to come back visit someday. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we are back in the future.」

「Fabulous room in the heart of Verona, you really can’t get a better location. The room we had was amazing, fitted out to a high specification with everything you need. Alessia on reception was very friendly and helpful and gave loads of tips on things to do and places to go. The bed was the best we slept on in Italy so far. Highly recommend this place and you won’t be disappointed. Verona is awesome and the best stop so far on our Italy adventure. 」
