Property was clean and in a good area for restaurants and other amenities however it is located very close to the road so noise from cars and scooters can be heard all day and night. We had a pool access room and found the pool to be a bit cold as it was in shade most of the time and it was hard to relax outside near the pool given the traffic and noise from shops across the road. We visited the spa and my partner enjoyed his massage but I felt my masseuse was just rushing the whole time. I couldn’t wait for it to be over in the end! The breakfast buffet was a bit hit and miss. It had quite an Asian focus and only offered beef bacon. The one day we went to breakfast around 10am we found things empty and they weren’t restocked. I am glad that we tried the hotel and it offers good value for money but due to the noise I wouldn’t stay again.

Breakfast was excellent, as were all of the staff. Room are well kept and clean an showers work well. Easy to get transport directly at the front which the security guards are happy to help with. Very good value for money.

Nice little hotel near Seminyak beach. Decent rooms and amenities. Best part is the location. Keep in mind, there's ongoing construction so it's pretty loud during the day.
