This is the perfect family vacation spot! Newly built 3300 sq ft home on Lake Hartwell Spacious 5Bd/4Ba, 2 level home sleeps up to 14 comfortably. Lots of room for entertaining.

Main level features 3 bedrooms. 2 with a Queen bed in each and a shared bath. Master with King bed, private bath and access to screened porch. Gas log fireplace in living room and screened porch. Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and cookware you should need. Living area on both levels.

Downstairs features 2 bedrooms. One with a King and twin bunkbeds and a private bath. The other has a Queen and 2 twin beds.

Disneyland on the lake!

This property offered all we’d hoped for and more! Extremely well appointed with a plethora of activities and water toys all ages. We felt so comfortable and welcomed in this home. Only 10 minutes from Clemson which was also very nice! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us—I would highly recommend this property!

This property is wonderful. The home is spacious and clean with comfortable beds and lots of room to spread out if needed. The amenities are great and you really don't need to go anywhere else. We enjoyed our stay and would definately stay again! Fall is a beautiful time at this property - the view alone = RELAXATION.

Great house on the lake

We just returned from a wonderful stay at this house. It is nicely done, well appointed and picturesque. We loved the dock and the screened in porch. It was a short ride to the university so it made visiting our daughter very easy. I would definitely return.

Family Lake Trip

The house is perfect for a large group. Plenty of space in the house with an open kitchen living space. Also, great covered screened-in porch with a TV, the putting green patio was in perfect shape, nice patio including the Breeo firepit. The covered dock had plenty of room to hang out and dock our boat. We highly recommend this property and want to rent again. We give it a 5 Stars!

Fun at the lake

The lake house was amazing! Plenty of space for our group. Beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the lake, the hot tub and the game room. Plenty to do in the area we had several adventures. Great home & Location

Wonderful spacious home on a great part of the lake within a 15-20 minute drive to Clemson!! It was a perfect weekend on the lake. Lots of sitting areas to enjoy each others company. Plenty of life jackets for boating or floating in the lake, the guys enjoyed practicing their putting skills. The kitchen is well equipped and we loved the coffee bar and wine frig. I highly recommend!! We will be back.

Lake Hartwell

The property was in excellent condition with lots of activities for friends and family to enjoy. This includes the dock with paddle board and kayaks as well as outdoor fire pit. Inside the kitchen was great and well stocked for cooking. The pool table, video game, ping pong, and putting course all worked well. Only criticism was lack of outdoor grill but would definitely stay there again.

Affinity for Amenities

This is the perfect place for a family/friends retreat where you want to stay constantly entertained without having to leave the premises. The amenities that came with the house -- dock, games, putting green, HOT TUB, etc. -- provide constant opportunities for activity and relaxation. The bedroom configuration is also perfect for mixed groups. Honestly, can't say enough great things about the house. The property management company was also fantastic to work with, making it the cherry on top of this sweet retreat.

Amazing!

We spent 3 days at this house for a college tour and football game. It exceeded all of our expectations. The house is gorgeous and has every amenity you could imagine. Our 5 teenagers thought it was perfect. The adults loved hanging out on the deck drinking coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. The kitchen is fully stocked including a nugget ice maker. 5 stars is not enough for this property. Clean, modern, perfectly furnished, and perfect in every way. Thank you!!!

312 Coves End Point

Excellent house with lots of space, plenty of games for all ages and plenty of space to relax. The outdoor porch is very comfortable and the putting green/cornhole space was fun. Lake access looked to be very good but since it was late November, we didn’t use that amenity. Will definitely be looking at renting this property again. Note to landlord: several maintenance items noted… Drains in all showers except master drained very slow Threshold piece on stairs to basement was not adhered to the platform so we placed it next to the stairs Toilet seat in master bath is loose and shifts when using Kitchen pots and pans were dirty with baked on food. Refrigerator had food stains. Everything else was perfect.

Great House Great Memories

Our 10 person group consisted of a 70+ Grandmother to a 19 year old teenager. We were in town to attend a Clemson Football game and to celebrate my sons 21st bday. (one son attends Clemson University). The house is located in a rural/wooded area about 20 mins from campus. To the quiet screened in sitting area (with TV & outside fireplace) to the basement full of games, pool table, standing video game, putting green, hot tub, dock with all the toys, etc, etc. There was something for everyone to enjoy. The grounds the home sits on is beautiful. So peaceful. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are nicely decorated. The house is very clean. If you are thinking about renting this home, go ahead and rent it. You will be happy you do.

Upkeep was horrible at this absolutely beautiful home!

We LOVE this home, its location, and that it was well stocked. It needed larger coffee cups and another coffee maker. The overgrown cobwebs everywhere, weeds, and ants was embarrassing as we have never seen this before in a rental. The management company was AWESOME as they brought in someone to replace the pink and black moldy shower curtains in two bathrooms downstairs and change all the pet/human hair filled bedding on four of the beds, right away. The young lady cleaned a small fraction of thick cobwebs on the back porch and mopped the dinning room and kitchen floor. The dock, screened porch and game area was phenomenal! Even with all the complaints, it was great. We just don't understand how in the world this home received so many good cleanliness reviews.
