"The property isn’t bad. It’s in the heart of Hongdae so nightlife is a 3 minute walk away. It is a hidden gem. The room was good but there isn’t really much else at this hotel. No food options, no onsen. The tub is nice but isn’t jetted. The walls are super thin so you can literally hear everything. I heard my neighbors all morning which was my only con. The staff was very friendly. I personally wouldn’t stay again as you can find better with more amenities elsewhere but it’s good if you plan on being out of your room majority of the time and just need a place to crash."

"Staff was super nice and delightfully accomodating. Rooms were clean, the beds were super comfy and the TV was huge. A little cramped by western standards, but I've been in smaller rooms that are competitive to this hotel. This hotel is in a prime location close to the Hongik subway entrance and bus terminal to Incheon airport. Great restaurants and coffee shops just steps away and close enough to the Red Road in Hongdae to be convenient for the busking and nightlife but distant enough from the hustle and bustle that it won't annoy you. This hotel has been one of my better stays while touring Asia. I would rebook this hotel if I'm back in Seoul."

"I’m puzzled by all the great reviews for this hotel. At this price range I did expect a cleaner and more maintained room. My main complaint is the cleanliness mainly in the bathroom. There were blinds in the bathroom that had such a thick layer of dust and also the gap under the window had dust too. I know blinds are annoyingly difficult to clean but that’s the difference between a quality hotel from bad one. I also hate mold and mildew in hotel bathrooms, such a big sign of lack of quality and maintenance. And trust me there was that around the facet, floor tiles and sink. The bathroom had a mildew smell which i think switching out the shower curtain would really help with that. Maybe all the good reviews were mainly for the great location, right in the heart of it. And the room was a good size but otherwise don’t think I would stay again for the price point."
