"Had a great spring break just my husband and I! The food at the beach/pool restaurant was amazing and ate there for multiple lunches and even dinners. The rooms were clean, beds were super comfortable, and the grounds were beautiful. Even though it was disappointing that the second pool was closed for construction, it didn’t feel overly crowded at the pool that was open. The beach is beautiful and spacious compared to other resorts where the beach chairs are on top of each other. Plenty of space to spread out! So far, this is our favorite hotel in Aruba on Palm Beach. Relaxing, spacious, calm environment. Great walking distance to local beach snacks and restaurants. "

"Overall, the resort and our stay were great. This was our first time in Aruba and one of our favorite trips. The resort was an older resort, but well maintained and clean. We saw crews maintaining the property every day. Our room was smaller than we typically book, but that was not a showstopper for us. The bathroom was extremely narrow and cramped and was probably the biggest negative in regard to our room. We were in the 2400 building upper level at the far South end of the resort. That got us away from the rocky areas of the beach and was more private but put us a good walking distance from the lobby. Our room had a very good view of the beach. We had no issue getting chairs on the beach right outside our room in the AM. We were pleasantly surprised at how good all the meals were at every restaurant we went to including the buffets. Probably the best overall food we have had at an all-inclusive resort, and we have been to many throughout Mexico, Jamacia and Dominican Republic. Another item to note is that there was no room service available for food after hours or coffee in the morning. These are two things we typically take advantage of at other resorts. There also was not any beverage service on the beach near our room, which has been a normal service at most resorts we have been to. We did visit the other DIVI resort next to us and had dinner there one night as well. That resort appeared to be a little bigger and busier. "

"Staff were top notch. Very clean. Need some entertainment during the day. Was pretty boring at the pool compared to other places. They need to liven up every day. Would probably go to a place that offers that next time. The old pizza and panini station is gone which was disappointing. The one they have now is bad. Terrible pizza and panini’s "

"Breakfast was great. Rooms in Seaview Tower in desperate need of updating. Shower very small and floor slippery. No handle bars. Not one single amenity in room! Housekeeping was very good. The outdoor surroundings are nice but need more shading. Casino has changed to 99% slots. However, I believe not owned by the Holliday Inn. All restaurants are overpriced with small portions and so-so; however many dining options right outside. Check in … always a long wait!"

"The resort definitely caters to tourists: think pancakes & burgers. I wish they would show more of their culture. Other than that the staff is amazing, resort is clean, everything you need is accessible. Love the Aloe store. "

"Our stay at Eagle Resort was really nice. We have 2 boys- 14 & 16 and the property is very family friendly. My teens were perhaps looking for a bit more action but I was ok with the quieter resort. The cleanliness of this property was exceptional. Every patio and pool was scrubbed daily - staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.Food on site was good, which was an extra bonus as well as happy hour specials. My only minor complaint is that the lobby is quite outdated and does not reflect the calibre of the overall resort. A refresh is in order. Another point is that double beds ( we had 2 in our one bedroom- 2 bedroom suites were sold out) are small for 2 people and the pullout needed a new mattress. But the convince of a full fridge and kitchen facilities was fantastic. I would recommend this property without hesitation. Especially to anyone older or those with younger children. It’s perfect. "Overall the place was great, the staff was amazing. My only complaint was that there was not enough pool or beach chairs for how many guests they accommodate. Also, their restaurant selection isn’t the best but the buffet was great. "
