“Staff are friendly and the two male staff are extremely helpful. They were informative and told us where to visit and suggested us some good resturants. There was some problem with my coffee machine in my room and the staff was proactive to solve the problem .”

The bathroom was spotless and the water pressure in the shower was AMAZING; after a long day I really looked forward to the luxurious shower experience! The location was convenient, and staff were friendly (we appreciated the surprise delivery of pastries our first night). Breakfast was a beautiful spread of wonderful food. I would highly recommend this hotel. ”

“Great location, just walking distance to the metro and tram stations. Breakfast buffet didn’t have many choices but everything was good. Really appreciate they provide the water in glass bottle instead of plastic ones. This will be my top choice to stay if I visit Lisbon again!”
