“The Everest Hotel staff made me feel incredibly welcome and cared for throughout my stay.. Everyone is super helpful and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are great and it was particularly lovely to you have a comfortable bed and a hot shower after trekking. I also loved the gym, pool and restaurant and the food was wonderful. There are many choices for different nationality foods on the menu. I loved everything I tried There is also a spa so I booked a massage on my last day. I hope to……

“Soon as checked in to hotel, I call front desk for help. I've had a food already and my face was swollen so bad I couldn't open my eyes. They arrange the ride for me to go emergency room and stay wite me untill everything is done. Mean time the Manager send front desk employee to hospital for help me speak to the doctors and staff. We was stayed in emergency room for almost 3 hours, and thet are treating me as own families. Ot was wonderful experience while traveling. If I going to visit……

“Clean, comfortable room, nice breakfast included. Only drawback was that since my flight left in the evening, I requested to stay in the room until early evening, but they said they would charge almost a full nights additional cost. So I checked out at noon and stayed in the lobby until time to go to the airport, no problem with that.”

“Service from staffs was amazing! I enjoyed free pick up and drop off from/to airport. But room wasn’t clean enough and I saw few baby cockroaches which is unacceptable but I dealt with it. I believe property owner/management is aware of it but hasn’t done proper cleaning, I think they just sprayed some insects spray, there was strong smell of that, which was unpleasant. My suggestion is to make the property insects free and maintain cleanliness. ”
