「Staff on the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Room was well cleaned and the bed was comfortable. There was a little bit of traffic noise/cool air coming in from around the window frames but considering that it's in a service area on the M25, the noise reduction wasnt bad. Food obtained from the services opposite but you can buy a few small bits from the reception which can be useful」

Tv=V reception was appalling I suggested that there was a notice warning occupants that the tap into the basin should be turned on slowly to avoid a torrent of water hitting clothes」

「Rooms were well equipped with thoughtful detail and spacious. Bathroom was well equipped with safety rail and bathmat provided. Good range of bathroom accessories. Parking was fine but we arrived early and the carpark was full by short time later. Poor choice at breakfast. No continental breakfast availability No flexibility. My wife had cereal and toast and we had two teas. Not a pot of tea. Cost was too high, Very good serving staff. 」
