「We had a few issues , like telephone wouldn’t work or smoke detectors faulted in the middle of night. Else of that, nice resort great vibe and food」

「The staff were actually really nice, but the room didn’t have slippers! Also, for tea and coffee they only had paper cups instead of real ones. When we asked for glass cups, they said they didn’t have any, which was kinda weird! But overall though, everything was good.」

「This was the best motor inn I’ve ever stayed. Spacious and clean, checkin was fast and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had so many varieties of food, fresh cereals, muffins and bananas. Close to Bracebridge town and Muskoka Lake. 」

「The positives: Clean bed, linens and overall general upkeep was good. The negatives: Some standard items that I would have expected were missing. There was no full length mirror in the room to double check your outfit before heading out. I also didn't an ironing board or iron but this might be available at the front desk, I didn't ask as I didn't need it. There was no coffee maker or kettle in the room. 2 bottles of water were provided and a mini fridge. The staff mentioned there was a Tims...

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」
