"Is not a 5 stars hotel, rooms are small and breakfast is basic. BUT, for the price it is the best hotel you will find in Orillia. Amazing location, just few steps from the Waterfront, 10 mins walking from Couchiching Beach and 5 minutes driving from Tufhope beach. It is also located at walking distance from the best restaurants in town. Parking is limited on site (20 cars capacity) but they offer another parking site two blocks away. Friendly staff"
