“Older home that's been updated nicely. Owner gave us very good instructions which we did not look at until our GPS took us to the wrong place. Quiet location close to town. Comfortable beds, funky master bath that works nicely.”

“The neighbor's dogs visited my dog a few times. The pasture behind the house was a good place to walk my dog. Thousand Lake Mountain was in front, and Boulder behind. The former's lower cliffs were lit up in the evening glowing red.”

“Our stay was fantastic! 14 adults, ranging in age from 25 to 80. Very clean and organized, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and everyone commented on how well stocked the kitchen was for meals in. Loved the dining room table which seats 10, and the kitchen table, seating 5. The sport court and trampoline got a lot of use before and after hiking—so convenient to Capitol Reef. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely return to the property. Highly recommend!”
