「Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation. They offered to put my in a different hotel which is obviously less...

「Townhome was clean and stocked well. The property amenities like mini-golf and pool are maintained well. Great place to stay for a getaway in Gatlinburg. 」

「Everything was good, except da TVs. That is no smart tv so if you want to watch a movie from Netflix or Amazon.」

「Spacious condo and convenient location. Staff was very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable with plenty of linens. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer in the condo. Only minor downside was that the kitchen counters needed scrubbiing (appliances were clean) and place could use a good dusting but otherwise was clean. 」

「We had a great stay with our host! She communicated very well and we really appreciated it! Our kids loved the waterpark and we enjoyed our stay. Gaitlinburg is a nice area with tons to do. I cannot recommend this host enough and we would stay with her again. Thank you!」

「Our stay was great. The property was beautiful and clean, location was great. Close to lots of restaurants and attractions, easy drive into the national park.Just a heads up, this property is a timeshare. I did not know going in. They will ask you to sit through a presentation and you can decline. It wasn't obnoxious and everyone was very nice, but I wish had known beforehand.」

「It was quite. We didn't take full advantage of the amenities, but did play in the recreation room for a bit. They no longer have an air hockey table.」
