Tennessee Trip

The property was beautiful with a nice and cozy cabin. Everything in the cabin was functional and neat. It was a great stay. The only issue we had was location, but thats simply because its a little bit of a drive to get to a store or anything. But those locations are great for some people.

Great property

The hot tub never got warm-this was one of the reasons we booked. It remained at 81 degrees the whole time we were there-got in the second day but it was not enjoyable at all.

Nice but a few issues

The driveway is not meant for small cars, but they at least warned us about the driveway ahead of time. There was cobwebs all over the ceilings. Espically in the upstairs bedroom to the left. The sink faucet was broken, it works but doesnt retract all the way. We found beer cans/bottles from who knows when behind the hot tub. Becareful of the stairs we were not warned and they are tricky. The downstairs bathroom door doesnt have a bottom track and the stop isnt in the right place so if you arent exact everyone can see in. It was cute and comfy and we just worked around the issues and other than the cobwebs it was clean inside. The gaming system is really cool as well we all had a lot of fun with it.

Disappointing

Driveway has massive holes in it (we were warned by the property owner prior). Was in a Suburban and if not for the large vehicle, their answer and suggestion was to park at the bottom and carry all your luggage and things up a fairly steep hill to the cabin, unacceptable. House didn't look like it had been cleaned in at least 2 months. Large cobwebs all over the house. Dust on all surfaces. Pictures aren't very accurate, to get to the fire pit you have to walk down the steep hill that they call a driveway or a steep hill in the woods. No steps to make the trek any easier. Internet went out after 4 days and we were stuck in a house (I have 2 teenage daughters) without cell service or internet. Communication was non-existent through any means that they posted. Hot tub is broken, not all of the jets work. Water was murky/cloudy and needed some much needed chemicals. There was no way to get rid of extra garbage (we went there with 7 people) so we had to endure it being inside so as not to attract any unwanted "friends" until we left in which we did as told and left all garbage outside near the trash receptacles. Place itself was charming. Just not well maintained, cleaned, and little to no TLC. Should come with a warning for anyone with elderly (my 70 year old mother was with us) as the stairs were narrow and steep to go from floor 1 to floor 2. Would NOT recommend with elderly and younger children still uneasy on their feet.
