The jacuzzi tub did not work and was filthy. The view is blocked by a big in front of the porch The toiletries are none/non luxurious for few that have The tvs are not smart The hot tub made dirty foam on top The toilet was broken at check in At check in they made me give a paper copy of my credit card front and back When called about toilet they wanted us to use other bathroom (there was only one bathroom) so they said would try to get someone out there at check out didn’t even ask how was

Beautiful view

My husband and I really enjoyed our visit to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was perfect and the view was amazing with all the beautiful colors. Seeing a bear walk across the road just down from the cabin on our drive out one morning was a plus, along with fireworks in the evening. We would love to stay here again on our next visit.

Nice but had issues

The place specifically states no pets but there was white dog hair everywhere. The refrigerator door would not keep shut and would not keep food cold. The dishwasher top rack fell out on floor because the end caps were gone. The hot tub was filthy and didnt work properly. The jacuzzi was filthy. I turned it on and rusty water came out. I called the office to have the lady tell me she could put in a service request. The problem was, these things should have already been addressed before we arrived at the cabin. The reason we choose this cabin was for the hot tub and jacuzzi which we couldnt even use. This was a big disappointment .
