Family trip to Pigeon Forge

The stay was fantastic. The cabin was everything it stated and more. From the relaxing screened porches to the breath taking views. Loved by all members if the family. And will definitely be back.

Great view and screened porches

We loved spending our family time on the back screened porches. The view of the Smoky Mountains was beautiful and restorative. There was plenty of room for everyone and games to play. The driveway was steep and we knew that from previous guests and were prepared. It was a great week for our big family and we could easily drive back and forth to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Lovely cabin

Screen porch was great but a lil hard too see the mountains. The outside was a lil dirty but the place was great!!! Would stay there again!

Lovely Cabin

The cabin was great for our whole family including 2 babies! We all loved it! The kids all had fun playing ping pong, pool, board games, movies and poker. We were a little concerned when we read the reviews but it ended up being great!

Nice place to stay

Close to the strip but still far enough away to feel some what secluded. The driveway is the worst part, it's straight down. Make sure you bring extra trash bags.

Fab14 Anniversary Trip

Very Nice!

I was very impressed with Cabin. The only thing I would recommend is to drive a SUV or a Truck. The driveway is very steep.

The water in the bathtubs gets cold too quickly, the game room does not have a bathroom so you have to go up 2 floors to go to the bathroom.

Lovely Family weekend

We had a fairly simple and clean check-in. When asking a question also got relatively quick responses. My family of 10 adults (17-42) and 2 toddlers had a pleasant and cozy stay with plenty of room! We will be back! Suggestions: updating online photos, add steepness of driveway to description, simple cleaning supplies like brooms and maybe add some sort of "welcome to Teddy Bear...." notebook with tips, tidbits and suggestions like best places to visit, and guests can leave their memories.

Gas fireplace did not work. The dishwasher did not clean, had to do by hand. Only 3 towels for 14 people. House needs to be updated. Would not stay here again.

Could be great

The views are beautiful, the home is large enough for multiple families, the location is close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The home however needs repairs and a thorough cleaning. The arcade game was broken, the hot tub was underfilled, luke warm, and the top was broken and difficult to open. The jets in the upper tub did not work. The home was dirty with soda cans under the bed, bugs in the sheets, black mold in the showers, corrosion in the bath tubs and cobwebs through out the home. The driveway is very steep but manageable.

The property group was almost impossible to get in contact with

We could not use the garden tubs because lose of water pressure and 2 times a day the water pressure went to nothing. The toaster didn't work. Many of the lights were out on the main deck. the house was dusty in places.

As Advertised.

Property was as expected and claimed, very nice. We would rent the property again. Lessons learned. No hot pads were found, bring your own. No ping pong balls found, fortunately I had brought one. Jacuzzi tubs in master bedrooms need a deep cleaning, the nozzles had mold growing in them. Sent several notes to the property manager, none of them were answered, other than an automated form response. While did not really detract from the stay, disappointing.

Making memories in TN

The entire crew loved the views… breathtaking. Great location close enough to everything. Steep driveway to parking however the parking was plentiful. The home’s layout was perfect for meeting up with friends but still having privacy if wanted. I was looking forward to taking a bath in the jet tub with a fire and was unable to do so due to the residue at each jet and near drain.. just didn’t feel clean. My friends said they had the same in their bathrooms. I also didn’t use the hot tub due to algae/cleanliness. The kitchen and rest of the house was clean. We had an amazing time making awesome memories with great friends. We all loved the porch and when we were at the cabin its where we all spent our time! We all enjoyed the Teddy Bear Cabin, it did not disappoint!

Not worth the money

The roof In the kitchen started leaking when it was raining. The driveway is steep, I think that it should be mentioned in the details. There was water damage on the ceiling all over and the screens on the porch were messed up and blowing in the wind. Ultimately in my opinion not worth the money. Vacassa the rental company I would recommend stay away completely we had to move to three different cabins because of water leaking inside the kitchen.

Family Vacation for the New Year 2020

Overall, the location is great. House was in need of updates, and was very poorly lit. We tried to put a puzzle together on the kitchen table and the lighting was so bad we finally gave up. The cleaning crew did not do a great job cleaning before we arrived. The 3 days we were there it poured down rain. We actually had a great time inside playing the arcade game, pool and poker. I know this was not the owner's fault but the roof is leaking at the fireplace. It did not bother us, but it needs to be looked at. It poured buckets of rain, so therefore, it dripped pretty steady at times. I tried to call the management office to report it but the mailbox was full.

Poorly maintained

None of the fireplaces work. Some screens on the porch are busted. Kitchen is poorly appointed - don't plan too much cooking. Light fixtures busted. Just has the look of a place that has gotten the bare minimum care for multiple years running. When we arrived there were multiple bags of trash in the driveway that had been torn open and no one took care of for a full day despite several calls, so they were attacked overnight and nasty filth was covering the whole front.
