Relaxing Vacation

From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be an amazing vacation. The drive up the mountain to the house from the main road was about 12 minutes. It was filled with amazing views of the Smokies and Bear sightings. When we arrived, everything was clean and ready for us. With 4 children there was plenty of space and things to do. We saw Bears every night and morning which was awesome. The workout room and coffee bar was the perfect way to start the day. There was plenty to do in the town close by, from the hawk sky lift(amazing views) Water tubing, shopping, horse back riding, zip lining, and Tuckaleechee Caverns. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge were only 30 minutes away. Lena was great in responding to messages and taking care of any concerns. We vacationed during an extremely rainy time and it caused an issue with the water filtration system. The water was off for about 15 minutes before Lena had it fixed. I would highly recommend this to any family. 10/10 overall experience.
