The facilities are brand new, comfortable, and attractive, and the service is top-notch. The food is also delicious and offers a wide variety."

"In the 'real' Shanghai beneath the high-rise buildings, seeing people as they go about their day, back from main roads. AC was a it strong, especially in the bathroom. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Tao and May. Some maps/brochures/helpful tourist information would be good. I would recommend this place to anyone."
