“We stayed in room 5 for 4 nights, it is a spacious, quiet and clean room. The host is vey nice and breakfast is excellent.”

“Our room was on ground floor with a hot tub. Facilities were good and the bed was very comfortable. Some elements were a little tired. Staff were outstanding and responsive to all requests and questions. Nice dining area and presentation. Great central location to Grasmere village. Our only issue is that parking can be a lottery - but staff were happy to help.”

It was warm, cosy and comfortable with a nice en-suite bathroom. Great food with vegetarian and vegan option. Very reasonably priced and friendly and helpful hosts, I would highly recommend. ”
