「This property is a gem! It's such an inspiration to see how efficient this tastefully appointed single room is with all needs met. The outdoor spaces, from a darling off road parking spot (back in if possible) to the generous and beautifully landscaped courtyard as well as an upstairs deck invite one to enjoy all meals and drinks at a selection of small tables. While the kitchen provides a limited ability to cook, it is best and easier to bring in premade meals for reheating or get take out....

「John and Marge are wonderful hosts. Their home is absolutely beautiful and welcoming. The kitchen had everything! The beds were comfortable and the pillows on the bed upstairs were perfection (need to buy). We had plenty of room to park our boat and could drive right to the launch within minutes. The deck was great, amazing views and very peaceful. We even saw a few fireworks on the 4th! We really enjoyed our stay and it was hard to leave. Highly Recommend this property!」

「The units are either new or just renovated. Still has the new smell. Very clean and awesome setup! Super comfy beds. We have a family of four and it was perfect for us. Super convenient. Don’t let the “no parking spot” scare you. We always found a daytime spot right out front, and an overnight spot just a couple blocks away. We stayed four nights and had an amazing time! 」

「The property was well maintained. Registration was completed easily for a last minute reservation. Our two small dogs enjoyed the outdoors in the fenced backyard. The beds were comfortable. One full, one queen, one futon. One shower, toilet and sink. The hot tub was very relaxing. Everything was well organized with easy to understand instructions. Had an enjoyable stay!」

「Great house for two small families to share! Very clean and well-stocked. The grounds were fantastic for playing hide and seek and other fun ball games. The location is very serene and feels private. There is a main road bordering the property, but it's a country road with few cars traveling on it. Not a big deal at all. Also had A/C for some hot days. Loved this house!」

"It was pretty quiet even though our room was right next to the elevator. The neighborhood feels safe, nice, and clean. It’s conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants, and not too far from the state park. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast—two of the containers were empty with nothing much to eat, and no one came to refill them. So we went out for breakfast nearby. "
