“Wasn’t that clean. 1st hallway I walked through smelled like marijuana. 2nd hallway smelled like cigarettes despite the big “100% no smoking allowed” sign. Was dark & dull. I was charged half of my amount due before I even checked in. When I did check in just to view the room, I went back down immediately & asked for a refund. I was promised a refund & I still haven’t received it almost a week later. And ONTOP of that, I was charged the rest of the amount 3 days later.”

“I literally killed a dozen roaches in my room. The water was luke warm at best on max for my shower. The Trim in the room was falling off. The room had a weird musty smell to it. The HVAC unit for the room produced a nasty smell as well and set off the smoke alarm in my room the first time i turned it on. You could also tell on some of the rooms that they had been broken into/attempted to be broken into.”

“good location, staff was helpful but breakfast was just ok”

“The only noticeable issue was damage to the windowsill in our room which was hanging off. Otherwise the stay was perfect! Sure was clean, we traveled with a cat and had no issues!”
