“Came to a cousin's wedding. All was well with this condo. Nice location, good AC, and fans available. Only reason we didn't give the overall rating a 5 is that one of the showers didn't respond well to the turning of the handle. You had to turn the shower all the way off to get it to go to another temperature.”

“A very nice condo. Quiet and relaxing and close to the water. A great view from the balcony as well. Nicely furnished and comfortable beds. A couple of small problems, the blinds in the living room were missing some slats. Two of the chairs had broken bottoms. The toilet paper holders were in awkward places in the bathrooms Reflector strips needed on the steps outside. Overall a great place to stay.”

“Property was really nice! We enjoyed the cat sanctuary right across from us. Beach was beautiful but shallow and not many waves. Swampy in areas. Room was really nice and really clean. Had everything we needed. Had tennis rackets and beach accessories on porch to use. We rented bikes. There were two historic sites near by. You would have to drive to the Atlantic beach if you wanted waves, we were on the sound. Three pools, hot tub and sauna. Small exercise room. Koi pond and tennis courts.”

“My husband and I just spent a wonderful, relaxing week at The Spa at Port Royal Sound. The grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed the natural beach that was just steps away from our first floor condo with updated bathrooms and an updated kitchen. We also enjoyed using the pools and tennis courts.”

“Beautiful condo on the sound! We love all the wildlife on this side of the island and come here often with the kids! This is one of our favorite places we’ve stayed at in this condominium. They have a well stocked kitchen, sweetest screened-in porch and the perfect quiet location overlooking the fish pond. Minutes to the pools!”

“Had a lovely one night stay. Its just as pretty as in the photos. The bed is a little squeaky when you're getting asjusted but so comfortable I slept like the dead. Seems like a very safe neighborhood. I would have been comfortable staying alone (as a woman). ”

“I absolutely loved this adorable property. It was truly fun to stay here with my family. The rooms were very thoughtfully decorated and it was fun to look at all the detail that went into it. The trunk of games was a nice touch that we all really enjoyed together. The beach supplies were a huge convenience. We liked the shallow waters of the wading beach but it was a lot muddier and more difficult to navigate than we thought it would be, especially with a small child. A lot of the nearby……

“We enjoyed our stay very much but I booked this very quickly without reading all the fine print carefully and looking closely at all the photos. This is a nontraditional rental, in that it has white carpet and very formal furniture. It is not like a condo or townhouse that is up to date with modern amenities. The house has not been updated ; however the laundry room was great. We had plenty of room, but one of the rooms is an office, rather than a bedroom. The TV is in this office, rather than……
