Radisson Beachfront Hotel - Panama City Beach

4/10 Poor

"Severely disappointed in this stay!! The parking was terrible. There were MAYBE 40 parking spaces. I was told they owned the restaurant and the Ramada next door and could park there but who wants to walk that far with their luggage. Also, those spaces were full. The elevators were dark and one of the buttons was broken. The room I was in backwards, in my opinion. The suite I had, had the bedroom on the side of entry and the living room on the balcony side. One of the beds was right on top of the air conditioning unit, the door to the room wouldn't close due to one of the beds being in the way. This was a problem because the light in the living area wouldn't shut off. The toilet didn't flush completely, so flushing 2 or 3 times after using it was necessary. The shower was grimy, but I never stay anywhere without shower shoes. There was liquid in the kitchen floor and I cleaned it up only to find that the flour was FILTHY. The rag that I used to get up the liquid had to be thrown away it was so black with dirt. The door to the balcony was missing a hinge and barely locked. Long story short, even if this property were to offer to pay me to stay, I would not ever again in life, stay at this property again. It was too over priced to be so underwhelming and disappointing."

"I am extremely disappointed by my most recent stay. What makes this even more frustrating is that I stay at this hotel regularly and have chosen this property many times in the past. Because of those previous experiences, I never expected to encounter a problem this serious. The nightmare started when a cockroach crawled across my pillow while I was in bed. As the night went on, we discovered more roaches throughout the room. We spent the entire night killing them because they kept appearing in different areas. Instead of getting any rest, we were constantly checking the room and trying to keep bugs away. Needless to say, we got virtually no sleep. We paid approximately $350 for this stay and ended up spending the night dealing with a roach infestation. The following day was completely ruined because we were exhausted from being awake all night. What disappoints me most is that I have stayed here many times before and trusted this hotel enough to keep coming back. This experience has completely shaken that trust. A hotel charging these rates should provide a clean, safe room—not one where guests are afraid to lay their heads on the pillow. I understand that issues can arise, but seeing roaches crawl across a bed and throughout a room is unacceptable under any circumstances. Management needs to take this problem seriously and address it immediately. I will not return!"

"This room had no phone, the coffee machine had no coffee pot and the beds were horrible. The electricity went off mins after I arrived. I felt very unsafe staying here so I went to another hotel. I tried to get a refund, but they said they could not give me one. I would not recommend this place for anyone."

"We arrived and the room was filthy. We were not offered to have it cleaned until our second trip back to the front desk, at which time we checked out. We spent 30 minutes there but still had to pay the first night and was presented with attitude when trying to get the rest refunded. There was hair in the tub, poop on the balcony (looked like dog), sink was busted, and sheets did not look like they had been changed. Much more than that; but, that was the main highlights. Very disappointing, considering we have stayed in the past and had no issues."
