“None of the washers or dryers worked. The wash machines were broken and didn't drain the water in the spin cycles. In the soap dispensers the powder soap was crystalized in the drain; therefore not allowing the soap to rinse through. Machine # 1 had trickles of h2o and washer # 2 the same. Neither dryer was able to dry the clothes. The clothes were saturated with water. It took us 4 hours to complete the tasks of cleaning our clothes. “Very clean property. Currently updating parking lot with covered parking. However there is limited parking available. Breakfast was less than in my opinion. Beds are on the more comfortable side for a hotel bed. Just wish better parking and breakfast.”

Later that same evening my husband and I were returning from dinner and noticed suspicious activity in the parking lot. We didn’t feel safe and the desk personnel weren’t concerned. ”
