“Knew nothing about this hotel nor Staunton other than it was located near the southern end of Shenandoah. When looking for places to stay after our 3 SE National Parks excursion, I happened to find this hotel. What a delightful treasure! “It would have been great to have a dining room so we could have enjoyed dinner on premises. Otherwise it was all very special and a unique inn. We may be back.”

“Rooms were nice. Doormen/valets were extremely helpful and friendly. However, the front desk staff were essentially worthless in helping with problems and were unapologetic and nonchalant that they couldn’t help on just basic things. They seemed bored with their job to a person. As a regular Bonvoy member one of the worst experiences with front desk staff I have experienced especially at an Omni.”

“If you want to have breakfast, you need to walk to another hotel. It was a bit cold that day, and walking back and forth made my clothes a little wet.”
