"It’s was fun birthday staycation to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Little surprises prepared by duty manager Alison was lovely and made my daughter feel very special. Overall service at Four Seasons is top notch! But on a negative side note, Melody from the 6th floor breakfast buffet was a bit curt and rude when she thought I didn’t understand Chinese said “搬桌子，这么麻烦！” right in my face when Bill (restaurant manager who was excellent!) suggested to move some tables so we can sit closer to the breakfast buffet as requested by me. "
