"The Langham Shenzhen delivered an excellent experience from start to finish. Everything felt top notch, not only in the overall quality of the hotel but also in the small details that make a stay feel polished and effortless. The staff were consistently friendly, knowledgeable, well spoken, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything. The rooms were spotless, elegant, and very comfortable, with the refined, luxurious atmosphere you would expect from a Langham property. The food options were also excellent, with plenty of high-quality choices available. The location is very convenient, and the gym was one of the better hotel gyms I have used—well equipped, clean, and pleasant to spend time in. Overall, a very polished and luxurious stay with excellent service. I would happily stay here again."

"The hotel is well renovated, modern, and clean. The amenities are great and the free laundry service was excellent - they finish your laundry and deliver it to your hotel room door. The breakfast has a good variety with extended hours on weekends. The staff at front desk and laundry service were both great. The only issue we had was with the room type. We booked a room with two beds, and Expedia clearly stated that the room had two double beds (which measures 54 inches wide) with an occupancy of up to four people. I even messaged the property before our stay to confirm the bed size, but never received a response. However, at check-in, we were told that our room had two single beds, each 1.2 meters wide, and that all rooms with the 1.35-meter double-size beds were already gone. We were told that the description on Expedia was incorrect, which I found quite surprising. They eventually added a movable bed to our room so the three of us could sleep. Unfortunately, the extra bed was extremely hard and I had to ask for an additional comforter to use as cushioning under my back. We later discovered that on the Chinese booking site, there are multiple room types with two beds, and the bed sizes in meters are clearly specified in each description. On Expedia, however, only one room type with two beds was listed. Overall, we had a good experience with the hotel. But if you are booking for more than two people, I highly recommend confirming the exact bed size with the hotel directly."

"Breakfast don't have a broad menu but have enough choice for everyone. I don't really like the dim sum area cause it has to be served by a server who is not helpful. The dim sum are not refilled so once they are gone you cannot get it eg the shrimp dumplings etc. The room is very clean, no complaints at all. Staff are nice and helpful. They give prompt attention once you call them."
