“My husband and I came to Indy for the weekend for supercross. We wouldn’t be able to check in until after midnight, which I let Kevin know. He assured me it would be no problem and if I did encounter issues he would be available. We get to the property (by the way, no unit numbers on the buildings as far as I could see but it was dark so could be wrong), and the code to get into the rental is not working. I call him several times and text to no avail. I then contact VRBO who says they are……

“This stay exceeded our expectations. So much room to spread out and relax. The private balcony with comfy patio furniture was absolutely perfect for a day outside watching for the solar eclipse. Clean, cozy furniture made for a great time indoors as well. The added garage to use with bikes inside for the nearby bike trail was the cherry on top. Outstanding hosts….will be returning if ever in the area again. The Spark next door has excellent coffee as well. Thank you!”

“We had a great stay in Indianapolis. The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and stylish. The kids really enjoyed the fuse ball table and there were plenty of appliances/cookware for us to enjoy a home cooked meal together and well as being feet away from at least 5 restaurants. Will definitely book with them again.”

“We enjoyed this stay and were grateful for the proximity to Eagle Creek Park. Slight smell of smoke as you entered the building, but that disappeared once we entered our unit. Kitchen is outfitted for light cooking. 3 Smart TVs was a plus. Beds are comfortable and soft. Good communication with our host.”

“Awesome location right in the heart of Arts district. Can walk to so many restaurants and shops or just people watch near the Monon trail. We loved the close proximity to the CoHatch where we were attending a baby shower. As listed, there are two flights of stairs in the condo but as long as you don't mind that it was perfect.”

“We came out for Memorial Day Weekend and wow, this place is perfect! Joann was great, the place was super clean, tons of space, right in the heart of the action in the Art District and very safe. Bedrooms were huge and kitchen was loaded with more amenities than we knew what to do with (I may need to purchase a similar coffee/espresso maker for home!). Definitely a place we will look to stay at again for any future visits to the area.”

“This basement apartment is huge. Pics don’t do it justice. Nicely decorated and everything you need. The only questions/concerns I had was if we had to wash all towels for next day (yes, only provided two and we were a two-day stay), where to find more toilet paper (only one roll - had to buy another one) and how to turn air on which turned out there isn’t any. The basement windows are all glass blocks except for one in bedroom which is egress and no screen - which means you can’t open. It was……

“The location of the condo was excellent, easy to access and great options around it. The second you open the door you are greeted with low budget furniture and decor, but what you notice first is the smell. Wow does that place have a smell! I honestly couldn’t describe what the smell is besides horrible and overpowering. We chose to continue our stay because relocating when we were only using it for a place to sleep seemed like a big hassle. Once you’re inside, you do adjust and stop……

“Awesome condo located in a very beautify semi private neighborhood, minutes from Grand Park. The condo is located directly across the street from beautiful and well manicured park. Although it’s not a private community, it feels like one with its own little town hall, and restaurants, ale houses, gyms, pools and parks that are situated around the property. Everything is within walking distance. Great for young and old…”

“Apartment was filthy, had to wash all bedding, deadbolt on interior door broken. Very poor communication with CozySuites. They have a file with all the problems if you would like to investigate.”
