Perfect spot for long weekend with dog

We spent 4 days exploring Sheridon and the Big Horn Mountains, and this was a great location. It was very pet friendly and had everything we needed.

Great place to stay!

Comfortable, good location, quiet neighborhood . Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling with pets. Viewing the mule deer that seemed very much at home in the front yard was an added bonus

Great location, awesome park is just 2 blocks away. Hosts are extremely responsive and full of Great recomendations and suggestions. Home is very comfortable and includes many nice to do amenities. Area is quiet, family oriented. Home is Cute and Comfortable, very clean, confortable bed and Pet Friendly. My wife and I along with our pup had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Cozy Cottage

Great little house

We loved this house, was perfect for us and our fur babies. We didn’t get to some places we would have liked to see and are thinking about going back next year and would definitely rent this again, if available.

Great Property great location!!

This property comes well equipped with many kitchen items, So if you are looking to cook, this would be a good place for it! If you come during the summer, it may be hot, which is good with this property because they do have air conditioning, which worked very well in the 100 degree heat

Comfortable, quiet lodging

We spent two weeks in Sheridan and this was a comfortable, quiet house located in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown, parks and walk paths. Plenty of front and back yard for privacy and the pool and gas grill were great. This is a great alternative to a hotel and with a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer it's very convenient for a longer stay.

The cottage met all of our needs. The property was very clean and well outfitted. If our vacation plans take us to Sheridan again, we will definitely try and book the cottage again. The location was convenient, with the access to the walking trails very handy. This was definitely a 5star accommodation.

Had a great time with family! Had all the amenities that we needed. Had a couple nephews over that had a great time in the pool. Nice spacious yard for kids to run around in!

Great stay at this cozy cottage

This cottage was perfect for our 1 week stay in Sheridan. It had everything we needed to carry one every day life such as a stocked kitchen with pans, dishes etc as well as washer and dryer. It also was in a great location and had cute outdoor spaces to enjoy. The thoughtful extras such as board games, dvd movies and books were also appreciated!

Great cottage in perfect location

Spent 2 nights early Sept. with our 2 small dogs. Perfect small back yard that is escape proof even for our 4 lb. dog!! Cosy home with everything you need! Very close to nice walking trail that foes forever. Very gracious hosts; would recommend cottage to anyone! Thanks for a great visit!

Quiet little cottage...

I stayed 8 months and loved every minute!

Rod and Ellen were so sweet to allow me to rent this wonderful home for 8 months during an interim employment situation. They spoiled me rotten while I was there. Any request was accommodated as soon as possible. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the beautiful Sheridan area and Big Horn Mountains for either a short visit or for an extended stay. Just bring your clothes and toiletries, because everything else you can think of is provided. Rod and Ellen are an excellent example of the fabulous welcoming people you will encounter in Sheridan.

Wonderful little cottage to kick back, relax & enjoy a stress-free, very accomidating place to stay!

If you want a place that has no comparison to staying in a hotel, giving you & your family a relaxing, quiet, at-your-own-pace getaway....this little cottage is it! From sitting on the comfy front porch to gathering on the back patio....or enjoying the nice sized pool available right next to the front porch, this cozy little place to stay in Sheridan made our visit to Wyoming that much more special!! The owners make sure you have everything you need to feel as if you're in your own home. It's located in a quiet neighborhood & you can take a very nice walk to the nearby Kendrick Park to view buffalo & elk. And a little further down the path has the best ice cream stand (Scoops), that we've ever been to with very affordable goodies & a great play park & creek to sit by & play in! Just Like Home

We are recently retired, wandering the country and visited my sister in the Sheridan area for a month. The Howells are such friendly and accommodating owners and the home comfortable and so convenient to everything that we stayed for a second month. Owners installed wi-fi while we were there - thank you!! Unusually warm weather in Feb and March let us enjoy wonderful times on the front porch. Large yard we could play with our dog. Enclosed back yard and grill. Fantastic walking from house since only 2 blocks to large park and city prairie with elk and bison and best view of the mountains from town. It is not a large home but all we needed and was just like home for our 2 month stay. We look forward to future visits. Thank you Rod and Ellen!!
