It’s good location, room a bit tired and in need of redecorating and improve cleanliness, better heating there was only 1 radiator and it was so cold! however beds are comfy and staff really friendly.

The staff are all excellent, especially Bianca. So caring and friendly and extremely helpful. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and our room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was great quality and cooked to perfection !

We booked 2x nights at the Lobster for a family break to explore the Norfolk coast. Accommodation was excellent with a room for all five of us. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning and the evening meal we had in the pub was good. The Lobster is situated at the bottom of the Main street in Sheringham and a short walk from the coast.

Enjoyable stay in a clean room with a comfy bed, great rain shower, tasty breakfast, great location, good staff. Bit of a first world gripe but probably worth mentioning on the website/amenities that there’s no provision for leaving luggage.
