The hotel offers free transport from Kagoshima airport which made it possible for us to get there. Thank you to all the staff work there to make our stay so pleasent."

"Everything you need at a great price"

"The hot springs, including private ones, are amazing (and sulphurous), and so are the views from the hotel. The food is simple and good, both at dinner and at breakfast. On the other hand, rooms have cheesy smell to them, probably from mold; wifi is very weak."

"Great hotel in a fantastic location, the steam geysers are going 24/7 which makes for a beautiful view. Hotel itself has tons to do from the Onsen to Games room. The included breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. The Onsen is quite large with and outdoor section too. The provided pyjamas are so comfy wish I would’ve purchased some."
