The room was incredibly spacious and very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We had a great stay, and it was very convenient to find restaurants nearby. "Great location, close to Ikebukuro station. Room is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and efficient. Bathroom needs an exhaust fan and had strong, unpleasant sewage smell even with the toilet deodoriser on."

"After a few days in capsule hotels, Tokyo Stay Ikebukuro had great amenities with a convenient location to the station. Having my own laundry machine in unit with an actual fridge and microwave was amazing. The staff was always kind and helpful whenever I needed anything. Would definitely book again if whenever I’m in Tokyo."

"We were a little concerned that it wasn’t in the centre or the action but access was really easy and quick from Akabane station. We were there for 5 days. The room was small but comfortable. We had the room cleaned once and they did a good job. The other days fresh towels were left on the door. Lots of amenities in reception inc body creams, shoe shine, hair products. We didn’t use their pjs. Laundry was very good. Washing mc 200 yen, drier and detergent free. Breakfast was ok and you can help yourself to free drinks in the evening. Staff were very good, friendly. Would definitely stay again."
