"One day before my family's planned arrival, I received a call from the operator's husband to say there was no hot water and he wanted to give me the opportunity to book an alternative stay. I understood this to mean a refund would be given in this event. It was late to book elsewhere so initially my family agreed to go regardless but as no further communication was forthcoming despite several attempts I booked elsewhere. "lovely cottage for getaway. Jimmy was very attentive , kind and responsive. Loved walking down the lane to the local Pub was perfect. Had a great stay . Loved it . Private and quiet . Attached to main home of owners but you have your own entrance and parking area . Heidi and Mort"

"We had a lovely couple of days in the Megapod! Friendly and helpful staff, hot tub and BBQ and just chilling out. Hot tub went wonky on second day but the staff persevered and got it sorted in time for a nice hot soak! Overall, great staff, locals, food and accommodation hence 5 stars!"
