"其實基本上整體都OK，只是有個另員工態度一般，這樣會影響整體員工的質素，和旅客的觀感。就是在接待處其中一個比較年長的男服務員，可能是個人態度問題吧，其他啲員工是很熱心服務的。 另外的就是想提一下＇這次是連續入住兩個晚上，入住的時候櫃檯服務員詢問第二天需不需要執房？我們沒多思考，就說不用了。但沒有想過第二天不打掃房間有連樽裝水和毛巾也不添加。 另外就是他們的自助晚餐，食物質素就真的很一般，一般的程度就是極下價的食物，這樣的話入住這間溫泉酒店晚餐的話大家認真要考慮一下，反而早餐就比晚餐豐富，連續入住兩晚早晚餐的食物都是一模一樣樣，這樣對客人來說感覺有點悶。 但他們的溫泉實在是不錯的。"

"Everything is gonna be okay, and the night shift male staff also helped me to fix the laundry machine(But actually not).Until I used another laundry machine to wash my clothes,I suggest that staff can write some awareness notes on paper to remind other travelers not to use the broken one.However, he didn’t do that, the other pitty traveler happened the same situation again like me.According to this event, I find that the front desk members don’t know if travelers’ amenities are useful or not.Besides, the attitude of all members about in face of conducting precautions of crisis management is significant room for growth. Especially related managers because I didn’t see how he help his members to dealing with problems."

"A very clean and cosy room with a nice view of the fuji mountain. The private onsen was awesome. The check in was a bit tricky. There’s no lobby area if you arrive early. We had to wait for almost 2 hours in the pouring rain before we can check in at 3pm."

"Ten of us checked in in the five rooms, sadly one of the rooms were not properly cleaned, we found some dirt on the carpet, but we did understand the incident should be caused by the previous guests, and the hotel was nice enough to change to a bigger room for us. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, and the hotel was quite newly refurbished, just unlike other old-fashioned onsen hotel, the entertainment in this hotel was quite limited. The entire family gave very high compliments to the food quality! Both dinner and breakfast were awesome! Overall this is a hotel for relax and a break from city life. "
