Communication was brilliant throughout the booking process and whilst we were staying, plus the guest directory had so much useful information. The Garden House had everything we needed both for us and our dog, including dog towels, bedding and treats. “This is an absolutely charming glamping option, with the railway carriage beautifully converted to very cosy accommodation for one or two. In summer, it's lovely to spend the evening in the small but very comfortable seating area. While the carriage is in the garden of a large house, sensitively applied fencing and planting means that it feels very private to the glampers. All the essentials are in the kitchenette, the shower is great, the bed is very comfortable - everything has been thought……

We enjoyed a lovely winter pre-Christmas break here and it was a great base from which to explore North Norfolk and the coast. The grounds of the estate in which the cottage sits are beautiful, with lots of walks without getting in the car. Nicely located a short walk to the town centre, cosy little cottage, comfortable room (we used the second bedroom with bunk beds for storage/getting ready).
