Needs repair and update

The property had the essentials needed for a stay, ie beds, dishes clean sheets and towels. The property is in desperate need of maintenance updates . The carpet and tile floors are worn and very soiled . Sliding glass doors need repairs to stay on track. The refrigerator keeps thing cool, but makes a lot of noise. Lightbulbs were burnt out, we replaced ourselves as not worth bringing maintenance in. Overall could not recommend anyone staying at this price point until basic updates and repairs are completed.

Overall unit was fine but needa some upgrading could use a painting and walk to beach is more than 4minutes as stated in ad..andaccess needs to be better marked.
