New Years Beach Vacation

I really enjoyed staying here over New Years 2024/2025. The property is clean and full of amenities. The beach is fantastic - one of the best I’ve seen (and I lived in Hawaii for six years). We are already planning our next trip!

Very impressed. Beach chairs daily are a huge amenity. Short drive from the airport and the Village where all the restaurants. Will definitely be back!

Great condo on a stunning beach

The condo is very nice, super clean, wonderfully quiet and unbelievably convenient to beach. Bed was so comfortable. We had everything we wanted from blankets, extra pillows, kitchen basics to beach towels. We especially enjoyed the variety of beach chair opportunities offered right in front of the condo tower. Easy access to a personalized beach setup. We enjoyed the events package, too. We will stay again.

Some Disappointment

There were good & bad things about this condo. The good is that it is right on the beach. The disappointment had to do with the following: There was no body wash provided, as promised, outdoor furniture was very soiled, and the most disgusting of all was the black curly hairs I found on my sheets. I know these are small things, but they sort of set the mood for the rest of the stay.

Lovely beachfront condo

The property was very well up kept. The condo was exactly how the pictures depicted. It was clean, cozy, and amenities were exactly as described. The owner/property manager was always accessible via text message and very responsive. The only issue we had was the WiFi was not working but I contacted them and it was fixed within a few hours. I highly recommend this dwelling especially since it is right on Siesta Key Beach. You walk out the building right onto the beach, you can’t beat that!

No hot water in the kitchen to wash dishes. Products left need to be upgraded. Shower needs to be cleaned better. Outside patio needs to be cleaned. Wasted space.

Great stay

The condo was great, had everything we needed. The covered balcony was a great spot to have an early evening drink with out worrying about the sun or rain. The private beach was beautiful never had to worry about not having beach chairs available and friendly staff were always available to set up a spot on the beach for you
