Location of this unit directly on the most beautiful white sand beach was phenomenal for our family of 4 with 2 kids under 13. Amazing sunsets from the back screened in lanai, where we enjoyed dinner at table for 4 and beautiful area in back yard with lounge chairs and palm trees! Large heated pool is a few min walk away also unbeatable!! Shuffleboard and ping pong table near pool were fun! Kitchen and bathroom are tiny but the views and location on beach make up for it. Plenty of beach towels and beach toys! Gated community was all very friendly and safe. Trolley #77 stops in front and only a 5-10m ride to ice cream and restaurants. We arrived early with luggage and were able to drop it off and go to beach before checkin.
