"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"This was a last minute booking due to a flight cancellation. There is no reception at the property but you can easily check in via self service. The rooms were average. Mit Töpfen, einer Pfanne, Gewürzen(Salz, Pfeffer), Eierkocher, Kaffemaschine, Auflaufform, etc..... Ein rund um sehr gutes Haus. Cons: Der Wasserhan im großen Bad unten, hat nur kaltes Wasster abgegeben. Aber das ist bestimmt kein Normalzustand."
