"In this high dry & hot weather, I was allotted a room without AC at the top 4th floor, where the ceiling fan was blowing hot air through out the night. Horrible sleep less night experience for ever."

"Tonmoy was great. He offered so much help and many suggestions on places to go locally. He even took me to a tea shop. The dates for my trip weren't available all in one room but he was willing to let me change rooms a few times so I was able to stay for all the dates I needed. Very accommodating. ..."
