“This was a perfect and safe place for my college aged daughter to stay as she needed housing for 20 days when she was in between apartment leases and needed to be in College Park for an in-person summer class. It was so close to everything, pet friendly with a pet park within walking distance, and big enough to house her packed up things. The host was so quick to communicate and easy to work with when dates had to be adjusted. Having a reserved place was key but most of all I was at peace……

“The property itself is a lovely neighbourhood with free parking out front on the street. It is a basement unit. The shower had very small ants. The bathroom is contained in a very small area with the toilet up against the sink. The main bed has seen better days and was uncomfortable. The pull out couch was not useable and our friend slept on the couch instead. The internet dropped out a lot for devices including the TV. Loved the neighbourhood and felt very safe with our car parked out front.……
