“Great centrally located apartment. Quiet area. Comfortable and excellent amenities.”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a few things that took the edge off a perfect break. The shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we couldn’t use it which meant that nine of us had to use the one other shower! The French door/window in the lounge was difficult to open & close and the rain came in at the bottom right side and the carpet got wet and we couldn’t open the bi fold doors in the dining area. The cutlery wasn’t very clean so we had to wash it all……

“Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou”

“Staying in the lovely cottage in Shaldon was an absolute delight! The accommodation itself is excellent and close to amenities. The village boasts a bakery, inviting pubs, and the fantastic Clipper restaurant, ensuring there's never a shortage of delicious dining options. Additionally, the short walk to Teignmouth provided ample opportunities to explore the pier, browse quaint shops, indulge in cozy cafes, and even take a scenic ferry back to Shaldon, making it a truly memorable and picturesque……

“An all male party of 6 stayed for 3 nights and the property suited us perfectly. Communication from the owners was good. The furniture was perhaps a little ‘tired’ but did not affect the quality of our stay as it has everything we needed.”

“We stayed at Wisteria Cottage for 6 days in April 2024 and can only recommend this cottage: it was very clean and all the necessary things for daily use are available. The location in Topsham is great as you can walk to many restaurants and pubs. The cottage is right on the High Street but we didn't find the traffic disturbing. In short, we would come back at any time.”

“This charming house was full of character and super for a group of friends or family. Lovely decor with plenty of communal space as well as good sized bedrooms, with comfy beds and storage space. Such a treat to all be ensuite as well! A fantastic kitchen/diner, with everything you would need (including delicious cream tea on arrival) and an option to relax in the large lounge. We used all the parking options, even the cheap long-stay car park for the extra car, just a short walk away. Would……

“Lovely property. Overall good stay. However few points that could be improved upon, mainly from communication point of view. As we were travelling from the other side of the country we had requested if any non-dairy milk was available for use on the day we arrived and although the host said that would be fine, no milk available on arrival. “We had a most enjoyable stay at the Hayloft over the Christmas holiday. It started with the a warm welcome and Nanette had put up a Christmas tree for us and brought us round some freshly baked mince pies! The accommodation is well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are all of a good size and nicely decorated and with all the bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms, it made the property well suited to hosting large groups. “My adult daughter and I stayed here with our two dogs so that we could have our own space whilst visiting family nearby. The bungalow was absolutely perfect for us; well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, dog friendly, enclosed garden with fabulous views and lots of lovely walks nearby. “Lovely spacious lodge which is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Pleasant to sit on patio and enjoy the views. The holiday park is large and if you or any one in your group has mobility issues a car is a must - there is a steep slope/hill leading to treetops. The lodge is located in a quiet area of the park. Owners Adria and Steve next door and available if needed. Lovely location to explore Devon :)”
