Lovely end-of-row house, in a small condo in beautiful countryside, a 3 min drive from the village of Alcantarilha & close to beaches. In the village there are restaurants for fun and delicious local foods, as well as large grocery shops for getting everything you may want. The location is in the centre of Algarve, making it easy to get to the west, such as Lagos and Sagres for gorgeous beaches and surf, as well as east to Quarteira, Vale do Lobo, and the beautiful calm warm beaches of Tavira. In the very close proximity you can visit the beaches of Armação de Pera and Salgados, visit the aqua parks and Algarve Shopping is only 12 minutes by car.

Featuring authentic materials, the house is set in a low density condominium, with a large shared pool (& kids pool), grounds with trees (such as olive, carob, Iberian pine and oak) and terraces overlooking shrubland to the sun-setting West. It has modern conveniences like air conditioning and fast wifi and smart tv, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, there is a terrace with meal table, and also a grill.

A car is recommended to enjoy towns, sites and beaches. There is a private, dedicated car park.
