Villa Copacabana is a modern and bright property, perfect for family holidays, offering spacious and comfortable interiors along with an ideal setting for relaxing, socialising and creating unforgettable moments. Designed to combine tranquillity, convenience and fun, this villa provides everything needed for a memorable stay in the Algarve.



On the ground floor, the generous living and dining area offers a welcoming and functional environment, perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. This floor also features a twin bedroom, a bathroom, and a fully equipped games room with a snooker table, table football and an arcade machine, ensuring entertainment for all ages. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and provides direct access to the outdoor area.



The first floor includes three bedrooms, two with double beds and private bathrooms, and one twin bedroom. All bedrooms on this floor have access to a balcony overlooking the outdoor area. One of the bedrooms also offers direct access to the rooftop terrace, where you will find a lovely outdoor seating area and a private jacuzzi (available at an additional cost), perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.



Outside, the villa features everything you need for sun-filled days, including a heated pool (available at an additional cost), a second jacuzzi next to the pool (available at an additional cost), a barbecue and an outdoor dining area, creating the perfect environment for relaxation and socialising.



Located in Armação de Pêra, just 600 metres from the beach and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars, Villa Copacabana offers the perfect combination of comfort, entertainment and proximity to the sea.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi offers an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 400 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
