“We had a very nice stay. The outdoor furniture was in poor condition. I think a bistro table and chairs on the covered deck would have been nice so we could enjoy the back yard in the morning and one of the longing chairs were broken so only one of us could enjoy the sunny days. Overall I was very pleased with the home and the Neighbors were amazing. I would certainly stay there again and hopefully they do some upgrading to accommodate the outdoor experience in a beautiful back yard setting……

“Old friends came for a few days to relax. Storm had hit the beach just before our arrival so the beach was not ideal but we swam & used kayaks on the flat Gulf water. Host was great re: communication & hospitality. Great area for sunsets & birdwatching. Nothing really within walking distance ; kitchen & grill were perfect for preparing our own meals. Swimming pool wonderful. Xcambo is close by for a visit to see Mayan ruins. Flamingos were abundant on the salt flats. Telchac & Progresso are……

“The home is exactly as described, extremely clean and comfortable, everything worked well. The owner is very helpful; she made sure that we were satisfied. She provided us with enough drinkable water for our stay, coffee, all the towels and linen we needed. I would rent from her again. Open the back doors and you’re right on the ocean; in the upstairs bedrooms we were sleeping with the blinds open because that view is just amazing, and that’s why we rented here.”

“Beautiful, elegant, clean and just an overall great experience. Mike and Rene are wonderful! So attentive to our needs. We had a lot more than we expected as far as amenities, the pictures don't do it justice! it's just a beautiful, and clean home with excellent care for guests, anything we needed, was easily accessible. The town and the people of Chabihau are wonderful and respectful. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to stay with a partner or family. Beautifully decorated and well……

“House is very spacious much more than what you see in the pictures. Beach is nice with very few tourists or locals. feels almost private. A plus is that you can fish from the pier which is at walking distance. We enjoyed our time in Telchac.”

“Beautiful home and layout, especially the outdoor entertaining space. The host was extremely responsive and the caretaker couple were very helpful and quick to arrive if we needed anything. The view is outstanding and my favorite part was watching the sunset and the water through the palm trees while sitting in the barstools that faced that way.”
