"Waterloo is a brand new property with good clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. The location of the property is excellent. Only two things can make the experience better. The room sizes could have been slightly larger and 24 hour room service (dine in) options. Other than that it is flawless and an excellent experience every time."

"I didn’t like the temperature of my airconditioned room.. thrice I asked front desk to fix and make it at 20 degrees but it stayed on 22-24.. I woke up every night coz I was feeling warm .. other than that, staff were all helpful"

"Overall it is a beautiful hotel. We had issues with the TV in the bedroom that we had to have technicians come back twice to try and fix over the span of about 4 hours. That was quite frustrating. Water in the shower was lukewarm. The was also maintenance being done in the room next door all door which was quite loud. The staff were wonderful and food was great. Perhaps if they had of switched our room it would have been a more pleasant stay."
