“There pictures are severely outdated. Their appliances were not operating. The frozen food we put in the freezer the night we arrived was warm when we woke the next morning. When I woke up the next morning and stepped out of bed I stepped in a puddle of water that leaked in from outside. This place was dingy and wasn’t even the same outside color as the pictures. Severe miss representation. The maintenance crew that came the next morning illuded to the fact that they come and fix fix fix.”

“1st room, 303, air wasn’t working. Read 80 when I arrived and 2 hrs later it was 81. Plus tv wasn’t hooked up to any service so had to again go to front desk to get fire stick. Was moved to 301 which had air and different front desk person installed fire stick. Later after dinner wanted a shower. No hot water! When I went down the next morning I was told repairman was scheduled to come that day. Then found out the issue was known the day, or more, before I checked in. It would have been nice to……

“The staff were not very nice but I enjoyed the room and the people that we met at the resort. It was very clean and had a good vibe. It's relaxing and still close to the downtown area. I went during carnival season so maybe the staff were overworked but I saw a staff member continue to stare at her phone when a guest was asking a question. There was just a level of rudeness that did not even happen to me that was unnecessary. I would still go back though because it attracts a crowd of really……

“My stay at the hotel was excellent. Quiet easy access to the beach good parking and also pool accessibility.”

“Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view. The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay. Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time.”

“The boardwalk is right there. Steps away from town. Shopping!!!!! Literally on the beach. OMG. Will definitely go back.”
