Entering the room light switch didn’t work so had to plug the light into the fixture. Dirty towels were left on floor two days in a row. Had to go ask for clean ones. Advertising free breakfast but none was ever served. Faucet was dirty over the sink. A table lamp was provided for the sink area. We……

“This is more like a boutique hotel. If I could give it 10 stars I would. My husband and I were in Saint Joseph's for our granddaughter's wedding. From the moment we checked in until we checked out the service was beyond one expectation. We have traveled extensively over the years and stayed at many five star rated Hotels around the world. “The first room has stains on it sheets and they quickly swap this out to another room. I checked the sheets. They looked OK and then laying down I saw what looked like barbecue sauce or marinara sauce on the pillow so I’d ask for a new pillowcase, which came promptly. This is more about Expedia complaint, but I bought the insurance in case of a cancellation which I tried to use because my wife is so pregnant. We really didn’t wanna go, but you had to cancel the reservation a week in advance and……
