“Convenient location if you're going to visit around Vatican City and St. Peter Square. Host Silvia is very helpful and attentive. There is a shuttle bus connecting from/to airport T3 to/from the apartment (with 15 mins walk from/to bus station). We stayed 2 nights. Room was clean and spotless.”

“This place is the perfect location to explore Rome. My husband and I walked literally everywhere because this place is in walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Just a couple of minutes walk from Vatican City, we went to St Peter’s Square multiple times for all the Christmas festivities. The staff are super kind, professional, helpful. “We had a wonderful experience at Folia B&B. Chiara was very helpful and spoke great English. She tidied the room every day. The shared kitchen was immaculate. There was refrigerator and freezer space available. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient. Coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, toast, jam, cereal and milk, supply refreshed everyday. Chiara made everything pleasant and easy for us to enjoy this beautiful city!”
