“The property was in easy walking distance of the vatican, other attractions where walkable for us but some people may prefer to use public transport. The room was modern with a great shower room and comfortable bed. I would of preferred proper cups instead of a single use cup, so we could have had a hot drink in the evening and coffee in the morning, but apart from this the property was ideal. ”

“Clean room and friendly staff. No Cooling AC during during our stay. Only Heater. We were told they only have AC cooling during summer season. ”

“Good location. Convenient nearby, there are supermarkets and restaurants within 3 mins walk. Vatican City is just across the street. The nearest Metro is Ottaviano.”

“Convenient location if you're going to visit around Vatican City and St. Peter Square. Host Silvia is very helpful and attentive. There is a shuttle bus connecting from/to airport T3 to/from the apartment (with 15 mins walk from/to bus station). We stayed 2 nights. Room was clean and spotless.”

“Delightful guest house/apartment with clean, comfy rooms and access to a pool/gym facility around the corner. The hosts, Ernesto and Paula are genuinely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is simple but filling and comes with good conversation. The apartment looks over to the Vatican Museum entrance (watch the queue grow) and is an easy 10 mins walk from the Metro A line (Ottaviano). Loved our stay, thoroughly recommended.”

“The rooms are typical European small but very clean. They only give you one pillow each could use two more pillows because they were kind of thin. But the food the restaurants around that area are amazing. And the best thing about this place is you are 10 steps from the Vatican. The location is awesome. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Whats good: location for Vatican and nearby Rome is perfect. Close to lots of groceries, restaurants and some shopping. Place is clean and quiet from the street noise which can be loud and busy. Warm and comfy. Whats not good: Parking here is terrible if you have a rental car. Garage parking available but expensive and unreliable. You can be in bad luck and have renters above you that are loud and inconsiderate. Informed property manager but they have no control over the other units. Elevator……
