“Owner was accommodating. Place was clean and nice for the price. The entrance was a little off putting but once you get past that, it was good to go. There is a bar downstairs that plays music into the night and morning but we slept through it. The A/C is very smart so we struggled to keep the temperature comfortable through the night. “We absolutely loved Job’s place in Seneca Falls! We had a wonderful time. The house was central to many of the wineries and cideries we visited. Job also contacted us with an issue his cleaning crew knew about and worked with us to accommodate it, even though it was a simple fix. “Our group of 6 adults stayed at Hobbit Hollow House from April 6th - 9th, 2024. It was a long overdue reunion with my sister and brother and our spouses. We are all in our 70s and we had searched through all of the listings in the NY Finger Lakes region before choosing Hobbit Hollow. “For college friends met and stayed here for 5 days and the home was absolutely amazing. Very modern and beautiful. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit. It could not have been better. Close to the town and a comfortable area surrounding the home.”
